How do credits work? +

Credits are used to create images, videos, and other AI-powered results. Each generation uses a certain number of credits depending on the feature, quality, and complexity. You can see the credit cost before starting a generation.

Do unused credits expire? +

Unused credits may reset or expire depending on your plan. Monthly and yearly subscription credits refresh at the beginning of each billing period. Consumable credits that are bought on top of subscription credits do not expire.

Why did my generation fail but credits were used? +

In most cases, credits are only charged when a generation successfully starts processing. If a generation fails due to a system issue, credits are automatically refunded. If you believe credits were incorrectly used, contact support with your generation details.

How long does image or video generation take? +

Image generations usually take less time than video generations. Processing time can vary depending on server demand, selected quality, video length, model type, and whether you are using standard or priority generation.

Can I use generated images or videos commercially? +

All content that is generated with Glow AI can be used commercially.

Can I upload my own photos? +

Yes. You can upload your own photos to create AI edits, portraits, videos, or other personalized results. For the best output, use clear, high-quality images where the subject is visible and not heavily blurred or cropped.

Will the AI always preserve my face or identity perfectly? +

The app tries to preserve identity as accurately as possible, especially when using face-based or reference-image features. However, AI results may vary depending on input quality, lighting, angle, face visibility, and the selected style.

What content is not allowed? +

You cannot generate illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or non-consensual content. You also should not upload images of people without permission, especially for sensitive or misleading uses.

Can I cancel or change my subscription? +

Yes. You can cancel or manage your subscription from your account settings or through the payment provider used during purchase. After cancellation, you usually keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Are my uploaded photos and generated results private? +

Uploaded photos and generated results are handled according to the app's privacy policy. In general, your uploads are used to generate your requested results and deleted from our servers after 30 days for privacy.

What happens if I run out of credits? +

You need to wait until your credits refresh, or purchase additional credits.

Can I regenerate a result if I do not like it? +

Yes. You can create a new generation using the same photo, prompt, or feature. By the nature of AI, each generation produces a different look.

Do generated results have watermarks? +

No, images generated with Glow AI do not have any watermarks.

Why is video generation more expensive than image generation? +

Video generation usually requires more processing power because the AI needs to create multiple frames, motion, consistency, and higher compute output. Because of this, videos often use more credits than images.
